As a New Yorker, you likely experience a great deal of stress in your daily life. Often, you suffer as a result of the stress. For instance, you may experience depression, sadness, hopelessness, low self-esteem, or a lack of motivation. You may also experience anxiety, including a significant amount of worry about a particular situation, or about life in general. Both of these can cause disruptions in sleep, appetite and concentration. It has been found that psychotherapy can help you get rid of these symptoms so that you can begin to find life enjoyable again.
If you are depressed, anxious, or just plain lost, I will help you identify how you are "getting in your own way." We will work to develop alternative approaches and ensure these problems do not return. My goal is for you to feel better, make wiser choices, and live life to the fullest.
