I am currently an in-network provider for Oxford Health Plans.  If you have Oxford and decide to begin treatment with me, you will need to obtain a preauthorization from Oxford and will be required to pay your copay at the time of the session.

I also accept other types of insurance as an out-of-network provider.  If you have out-of-network coverage and choose to use your insurance to help pay for your psychotherapy, I will provide you with the necessary paperwork to assist you with reimbursement from your insurance company.  If you are unsure about your insurance's out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy, I can help you obtain this information from your insurance company.
